Ingredients:
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Red chilies: 10-12
- Coriander seeds: 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds: 4-5
- Curry leaves: 1 strand
- Roast all the ingredients mentioned above in oil for 2-3 mins.
- Do not let it over burn.
- Once its done, turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
- When its cool, Put it in a mixer and make powder of it.
